Why we exist

Companies have spent years trying to
close the gender gap. Something still isn't working.

The problem isn't a lack of policies

Most companies already have an equality plan. They apply paternity leave, and run flexibility, empowerment, female-talent and female-leadership programmes.

They've done their homework. And still, the needle doesn't move.

There's a moment in the female talent cycle that no one is supporting: maternity. Women don't leave all at once — they disengage, become invisible, slow down. And when they finally leave, it's recorded as a personal decision.

That's the moment where Mom's in Co. steps in.

Agustina Palmieri
Founder & CEO

18 years leading culture, engagement, HR and D&I in global organisations. From the inside she identified the pattern: companies were applying the benchmark — equality plans, female-leadership programmes, flexibility — and female talent still wasn't reaching leadership positions in the expected proportion. Maternity was the unsupported link.
