Why we exist

Companies have spent years trying to
close the gender gap. Something still isn't working.

The problem isn't a lack of policies

Most companies already have an equality plan. They offer paternity leave and have flexibility, empowerment, female talent and women's leadership programmes.

They've done their homework. And yet the needle isn't moving.

There is one moment in the female talent cycle that nobody is supporting: maternity. Women don't leave all at once — they disconnect, become invisible, slow down. And when they finally leave, it's recorded as a personal decision.

That is the moment where Mom's in Co. steps in.

Founder & CEO

18 years leading culture, engagement, HR and D&I in global organisations. From the inside she spotted the pattern: companies applied the benchmark — equality plans, women's leadership programmes, flexibility — and yet female talent still wasn't reaching leadership positions in the expected proportion. Maternity was the missing link nobody was supporting.
