Retorno con Valor · Motherhood and employability

The talent is there.

Help us drive its return.

Professional mothers' return to the labour market after a career break for caregiving is a structural challenge. Turn your company's or institution's commitment to equality into real professional opportunities.

The digital gap

It isn't one gap. It's two.

Whoever returns today doesn't return to the market she left. The work-life balance gap is compounded by the digital gap. Retorno con Valor works on both at once.

Losing the fear of AI

Many in this group haven't had the chance to get familiar with the AI tools already used in their sector. The programme introduces them in a practical way, without jargon.

A digital component throughout the journey

The whole programme includes a digital layer — from the learning platform to job-search tools — so that participants return in step with the market they want to rejoin.
